Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council and Speaker of the Senate of Kazakhstan discussed international cooperation

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council met with Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev in Moscow.

The parties shared on a wide list of issues of common interest, including on inter-parliamentary and cross-border cooperation.

Valentina Matvienko congratulated Kasym-Jomart Tokayev on the recent successful hosting of parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan on 20 March.
