Dmitriy Kobitskiy appointed Acting Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council

Since 8 February 2019, through the decree no. 2-rp of Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko of 8 February 2019 Mr. Dmitriy Kobitskiy was appointed Acting Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.
