IPA CIS Chairperson took part in the events in honor of St. Petersburg's birthday

This year St. Petersburg, the place of the IPA CIS permanent residence, marked its 313^th anniversary.

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly Valentina Matvienko laid flowers to the basement of the Bronze Horseman.

The celebration ceremony brought together city leaders, members of the local parliament, dignitaries and the delegation of the Mayor's Office from Zagreb.

IPA CIS Council Secretary General Alexey Sergeev attended the ceremony.
