IPA CIS Council session

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko opened the session with congratulations to the newly-appointed Speaker of the Kazakh Parliament Kabibulla Dzhakupov. This session was his debut in the IPA CIS Council. The session adopted the agenda of the 40th Plenary session Of the IPA CIS.
