IPA CIS held its 40th plenary session

Valentina Matvienko, Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker, Federation Council of the Russian Federation, opened the session.

The participants heard about the results of the implementation of the CIS programs of security measures for 2011–2013 and follow-up for 2014–2018 and were briefed on the model laws prepared and updated during the reporting period.

The IPA CIS award ceremony followed the consideration of the agenda items.
