IPA CIS to draft model laws on Patriotic Element in Education

The decision on dedication made by the CIS Heads of State is symbolic of the focus on the 70^th anniversary of the Great Victory. On this occasion she noted that IPA CIS adopted in 2012 the model law on Preventing the Apology and Glorification of Nazism, Nazi Criminals and their Henchmen. Now it is essential that the law be implemented and enforced in national laws. Work is underway to draft a model law on Perpetuation of Tribute of the Defenders of the Homeland and to the National Heroes and a model law on Patriotic Element in Education and Military-Public Partnerships.
