Kassym-Jomart Tokaev: Kazakhstan and Russia work closely as part of the IPA CIS

At the plenary session of the Federation Council Chairman of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokaev emphasized the effective cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan in all areas.
Kassym-Jomart Tokaev highly appreciated the cooperation not only in the IPA CIS but also in the Parliamentary Assembly CSTO, the Interparliamentary Union, the Comission on Cooperation of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly and the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the effective interregional cooperation including the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly, IPA CIS Council Chairperson Valentina Matvienko expressed her gratitude to Chairman of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokaev and awarded him the medal “Federation Council. 20 years”.
On May 20 the 2-day visit of Kassym-Jomart Tokaev to the Russian Federation was over.
