Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko met with the Secretary General of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies Elhadj Sy during the fall plenary meeting of the IPA CIS.

The parties discussed cooperation between the IPA CIS and the Federation in various settings. The meeting took place as part on Mr Sy’s visit to the IPA CIS fall session.
