41st plenary session of the IPA CIS

Parliamentary delegations convened in the Doumskiy Hall for the 41st regular plenary session of the IPA CIS. The session has been chaired by the Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko. In her speech she took stock of the IPA CIS activities in 2014.
