Valentina Matvienko sent her welcoming address to the festival in Yalta

Solemn opening ceremony of the 15th Yalta Festival kicked off on 23 August.

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council and Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko sent her welcoming address to the festival. She expressed hope that the festival will reveal new names and talents.
