Valentina Matvienko shared on the expected participants of the IPA CIS spring session

In an interview, Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko said that she had signed invitations to the IPA CIS Plenary Session. According to Valentina Matvienko, the list of the invited participants included European interparliamentary organizations, such as OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, interparliamentary institutions of Latin America, Africa and other regions. "We will be pleased to welcome all our guests in the Tavricheskiy Palace", said Valentina Matvienko.

The IPA CIS spring session will take place on 19-20 May in St. Petersburg. Earlier President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Pedro Agramunt and President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Saber Chowdhury had been invited to attend the plenary session.
