Dmitriy Kobitskiy: CIS MPs Pay Special Attention to Labour Productivity and Migration Regulation

On 16-17 March 2022, the Tavricheskiy Palace will become one of the venues for the VI St. Petersburg International Labour Forum. On 16 March, the Tavricheskiy Palace will host a conference dedicated to the migration processes at the current stage. On the following day, the Palace will host roundtables dedicated to the development of labor resources for the hospitality industry in the CIS countries and trends in this field.

During the press conference in TASS, Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy told about the key topics of the Forum and noted that events of a special project of the IPA CIS – Travel Hub “Commonwealth” would also be held on the margins of the Forum. The Secretary General also recalled that the Forum was co-organized by the IPA CIS, the Government of St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg State University.

Chair of the St. Petersburg Committee on Labor and Employment Dmitriy Cherneyko, speaking at the press conference, noted that the St. Petersburg International Labour Forum was the largest venue in the CIS for discussions aimed at labor market issues.

First Vice-Rector of Saint Petersburg State University Elena Chernova and Deputy General Director of the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Center Alexander Ulyanov also spoke at the press conference.
