Dmitriy Kobitskiy Presented Diplomas to Graduates of Herzen University

On 4 July, the graduates of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia received their diplomas with honors. Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy took part in the ceremony at the invitation of Rector of the University Sergey Tarasov.

In his address, Dmitriy Kobitskiy noted that the Assembly and the University have a close cooperation. Students of the University are active participants in the IPA CIS activities.
