Evgeny Tarlo Passed Away

On 22 June, Doctor of law, former member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, former Chairperson of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sport Evgeny Tarlo suddenly passed away at the age of 63.
Evgeny Tarlo chaired the commission from 2009 to 2015. The commission made a significant contribution to the legal framework of the CIS under his leadership.
The IPA CIS Council Secretariat expresses deep and sincere condolences to his family and friends. The bright memory of this wonderful person will forever remain in our hearts.
