IPA CIS Council Secretariat Celebrated Anniversary

The permanent administrative body intended to ensure the work of the IPA CIS was established on 29 December 1992 by the Resolution of the IPA CIS Council.

Yesterday at the headquarters of the IPA CIS— the Tavricheskiy Palace — anniversary awards were presented to veterans and current staff members of the Secretariat.

Secretary General — Head of the Secretariat of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy drew attention to the role of the Secretariat in organizing the effective work. The Assembly celebrated its 30^th anniversary in March 2022. During this time, it has adopted more than 650 model laws and other documents, monitored more than 150 elections and referenda in the Commonwealth and abroad and organized many large-scale congress events.
