IPA CIS Council Secretariat Mourns Untimely Death of Askhat Nuskabaj

On 17 July 2021, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the IPA CIS Askhat Nuskabaj died at the age of 52 after a serious illness.

This is a great, irreplaceable loss – we have lost a distinguished diplomat who has done a lot to strengthen good relations between the peoples of the CIS countries, we have lost a comrade and friend.

The IPA CIS has always appreciated Askhat Nuskabaj’s contribution to the development of interparliamentary relations within the CIS and the attention he paid to the participation of the parliamentary delegation of Kazakhstan in the work of the IPA CIS.

Askhat Nuskabaj had fruitful working relations with his colleagues and was sincere respected. He was an energetic, outstanding and kind person. He will forever remain so in our memory.
