Alexey Sergeev and Vladimir Shamakhov signed the agreement establishing the Center for International Parliamentary Cooperation

In addition to the Cooperation Agreement between IPA CIS and North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Federation Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (NWIM RANEPA) signed earlier this June, Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev and Director of NWIM RANEPA signed the Agreement on Joining Efforts to Establish Training and Research Center for International Parliamentary Cooperation.

"We have reached a new cooperation milestone through the creation of a center to the mutual benefit of the IPA CIS and NWIM RANEPA. I am hopeful that in the run-up to the 25 year anniversary of NWIM RANEPA we will witness another instrument linking young researchers with the IPA CIS", said Alexey Segreev.

IPA CIS SG was also attended the diploma ceremony where NWIM graduates received their credentials.
