Alexey Sergeev sends his warm greeting to all women on the eve of the International Womens’ Day

This international commemorative event dates back to 1913, and the first ever celebration took place in this city, - reminded the Secretary General.
He also mentioned about prominent positions that women hold in the IPA CIS institutional framework. Women outnumber men in the Secretariat. Our leader in a woman – Valentina Matvienko, and she asked me to convey her best wishes to all women working in the Tavricheskiy Palace. The official part was followed by a concert.
