Bishkek launches a research project moot

IPA CIS Council Secretariat jointly with the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Foreign Affairs launched a competition  of research projects among young Kirgiz citizens under a general theme Challenges and solutions for the youth in the CIS. Engaging youth into the CIS integration. The competition is focused on the promotion of civil institutions and the rule of law, research of historical turning points and emergence of parliamentarianism in the recent history of the CIS. Another purpose of this moot is to galvanize Kirgiz youth, identify leaders, pick up challenges and advocate positions.
