Alexey Sergeev visits the opening of a mosaic panel in St. Petersburg University of Cinema and Television

Unveiling ceremony of a mosaic by artist Vladimir Frolov took place at the St. Petersburg University of Cinema and Television. It has an area of 55 sq. m. and an artistic value to match the decorative mosaic in the Church of Savior on Spilled Blood. The Governor of St. Petersburg, city officials, academia, and the media, took part in the ceremony.

IPA CIS Secretary General Alexey Sergeev also attended the ceremony. In accordance with the effective Cooperation Agreement, the IPA CIS and the University are promoting sound education for CIS citizens in the fields of art, technologies, economy, tourism, and media communications.
