Flame of the Commonwealth goes to the Monument to Heroic Defenders of Leningrad

The Flame of the Commonwealth was started on 16 April at the final ceremony of the Living Memories Tour. Then it was taken to Piskarevsky Memorial to embrace a flare of its Eternal Flame. The combined flame was delivered to the Monument to Heroic Defenders of Leningrad. RRs of the IPA CIS secretariat, veterans, city authorities, and NGOs took part in the ceremony.
