International Women’s Forum in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev spoke with a welcoming address to the participants. He noted that the Forun convenes for the second straight time in the Tavricheskiy Palace. No wonder, since Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko is a holder of the first line in the rating of the most influential women in Russia. Gender issues is a standing priority in the work of the Assembly. They are mainstreamed across the spectrum of social and governance-related issues.
