The Conference discussed Prospects for PPP legal frameworks in the CIS.

IPA CIS SG welcomed the participants of the Conference. Here’s what he said: Reviews of implementation revealed that our model laws and their conceptology is broadly mainstreamed into national laws across the CIS. This is the result of high level expertise and analytical work invested into the drafting exercise. Out draft are built on international best practices and lessons learned.

The Conference was attended CIS MPs, government officials, research centers, international organizations and the EBRD.

The Conference also discussed the draft Model law on Public-Private Partnerships for the CIS drafted by the IPA CIS.
