IPA CIS Council Secretariat takes part in the commemorative ceremony at the Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery

Wreaths were laid to the Motherland Monument base on behalf of the IPA CIS Council Chairperson, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko.

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Yuriy Osipov, and Deputies of the Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council: Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Chilingaryan, Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Kogut, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Nuskabaj, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Ibod Rakhimov, as well as Secretary-in-charge of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Peter Ryabukhin and his deputy Andrey Kudryavtsev, other staff of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat and the CSTO PA Secretariat also laid wreaths and flowers at the Motherland Monument.

The ceremony ended with the passage of the guard of honor.
