Yuriy Osipov is appointed Acting Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council

On 13 March, in accordance with Order № 2-RP of Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko dated 12 March 2018, Yuriy Osipov was appointed Acting Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.

Sergey Antufiev, who was appointed to this role on 1 November 2017, left his post on 13 March 2018.
