IPA CIS and peace-making discussed in Minsk

The Symposium entitled Ethnic Harmony and Respect as a Basic Value in Eurasian Integration is facilitated by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Kazahstan Embassy in Belarus. The Symposium brings together members of the diplomatic corps, public officials, anthropologists and universities.
