The Tavricheskiy Palace to host its seasonal event Readings in the Tavricheskiy

Readings in the Tavricheskiy this year features an international symposium Briefs on Parliamentary History. Learning lessons and Looking Forward.

The symposium is attended by researchers and scholars from Russia, Belarus and Serbia. It was inaugurated by the Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev who spoke with a welcoming address. Learning lessons of the past is an investment in the future, a condition of moving forward.
