IPA CIS representatives laid wreaths and flowers at the Mother Nation monument

The mourning ceremony dated to the 73^rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War took place at the Piskarevskoe memorial cemetery.

The wreaths on behalf of Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko was laid at the pedestal of the monument.

Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Yuriy Osipov, Deputy Secretaries General – Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Chilingaryan, Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Kogut, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Nuskabaj, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Ibod Rakhimov, Executive Secretary of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Petr Ryabukhin, Deputy Executive Secretary of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Andrey Kudryavtsev, and other IPA CIS staff members also took part in the ceremony.
