IPA CIS Secretariat congratulated its lady staff on the 8 of March

The leadership of the IPA CIS Secretariat led by Secretary General Alexey Sergeev came together in the Dumsky Hall of the Tavrichesky Palace to congratulate all women working at the Secretariat on the upcoming spring holiday – the International Women's Day, or the 8 of March.
