Young parliamentarians and experts from across the CIS coming to SPB

On 23-25 October, SPB will host the CIS-wide young parliamentarians forum, an event sponsored by the IPA CIS Council and the Youth Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations (YIPA CIS). Its mission is to foster cooperation among young parliamentarians and youth-led civil action. Youth delegations will consist of young parliamentarians of all levels, youth policy decision makers, youth chapters of NGOs, youth-led community advocacies at all levels of government, young scholars, young educators and artists. The Forum will have several formats: plenary sessions, roundtables and seminars.
