III CIS Congress of Educators

The Congress took place on 1-2 October in Minsk. The deliberations were focused on a wide range of issues in the field of education, including quality assurance, performance assessment, social adaptation of psychologically challenged children and innovations. Yury Andreyev, Deputy Chief of Department for Model Law-Making Related to Security and Issues of International Law, and Lyudmila Pynchenkova, Secretary, IPA CIS PC on Science and Education, represented the IPA CIS at the Congress.
