Personnel training for stakeholders of national security system of discussed in Minsk

The international research and practice conference “Personnel training for actors of the system of national security provision. History and contemporaneity” took place in Belarus capital Minsk.

The conference is aimed at mutual learning, coordination and harmonization of scientific approaches, exchange of practices of building national security in its ideological, organizational, legal and psychological aspects.

Valery Vakulchik, Lieutenant General, Chairman of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus, opened the conference.

Vladimir Bondurovsky, Deputy Secretary-in-Charge of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, addressed the participants of the meeting on behalf of CSTO PA.

As an outcome of the Conference, the participants adopted a resolution stating that high vulnerability of the current world order aggravated by global problems, emergence of new and escalation of historical risks, challenges and threats in political, social, knowledge, environmental and other spheres required new approaches to personnel training for stakeholders of national security systems that would respond to modern realities.
