Plenipotentiary representatives of the parliaments of the IPA CIS member nations presented with awards

On 29 November, in the course of the 48^th IPA CIS Plenary Session in the Dumsky Hall of the Tavricheskiy Palace, Speaker of the Council of Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovitch presented deputy secretaries general of the IPA CIS Council – plenipotentiary representatives of the parliaments of the IPA CIS member nations with awards on behalf of the IPA CIS Council.

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrghyz Republic Nurbek Satvaldiev was awarded with the IPA CIS medal “For Strengthening Parliamentary Cooperation” for outstanding contribution to the development of parliamentarism, strengthening democracy, ensuring human rights and freedoms in the CIS member nations.

For outstanding contribution to building information space in the CIS Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijan Republic Aidyn Jafarov was awarded with the gold medal of the IPA CIS and “MIR” international broadcasting company “Friendship Tree”.

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Ibod Rakhimov was awarded with the Certificate of Excellence of the IPA CIS Council for active involvement in the activities of the IPA CIS and its bodies and strengthening friendship among CIS nations.
