RR Council meeting in Minsk

CIS Execom will host consultations of RRs to discuss the agenda of the regular session of the Council of the CIS Heads of State in Ashgabat on 21 November 2014. The draft agenda includes some 20 items on issues related to free trade, peaceful uses of nuclear energy, drilling and pricing of oil and petrochemicals.
