Dates for Presidential Election of Russian Federation in 2024 Set

The presidential election in the Russian Federation will last three days – from 15 to 17 March 2024.

The nomination stage will last until 27 December for self-nominated candidates and until 1 January for candidates nominated by parties. A total of 25 political parties are eligible to participate in the election.

The All-Russian Political Party “United Russia”, the political party “Communist Party of the Russian Federation”, the Socialist Political Party “A Just Russia — Patriots— For Truth”, the Political Party LDPR — Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, the Political Party “New People” – these parties have the right to register their candidate for the election of the President of the Russian Federation without collecting signatures of voters.
