Valentina Matvienko Congratulated Veterans on Victory Day

The 78^th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 is celebrated in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko congratulated veterans on Victory Day.
