Belarusian MPs Discussed Law-Making Plans for Near Future

On 29 July 2021, a meeting of the Council of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus chaired by Vladimir Andreichenko was held.

Speaking at the meeting, Vladimir Andreichenko attached particular importance to amending the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.

Vladimir Andreichenko informed that it was proposed to include 19 issues in the schedule of the autumn session: 18 draft laws and a Presidential Decree. Most of them are expected to be considered in the second reading.

According to the press service of the chamber, the MPs also discussed the progress of work on the draft Education Code and laws on Self-Regulatory Organizations, on the Rights of Disabled People and Their Social Integration, on Tourism, on amendments to the Law on Road Traffic and the Civil Code.
