Belarusian MPs Ratified Agreement on Prevention of Use of False Trademarks in CIS

On 25 March 2022, during a meeting of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, MPs approved the draft Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation of the CIS Member Nations on the Prevention and Suppression of the Use of False Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

According to the press service of the chamber, the MPs also ratified the Agreement on the Exchange of Information in the Field of Countering the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime and the Financing of Terrorism during Movement of Cash and (or) Monetary Instruments Across the Customs Border of the Eurasian Economic Union.
