Dmitriy Kobitskiy Held Meeting with MPs from Tajikistan

On 8 September 2023, Secretary General of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Dmitriy Kobitskiy met with representatives of the Parliament and Government of Tajikistan in Dushanbe.
The meeting was participated by First Deputy Speaker of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of Republic of Tajikistan Mahmadali Vatanzoda, Deputy Speaker of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Dilrabo Mansuri and Head of the Enforcement Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Ilyos Idriszoda.
The parties discussed the prospects of co-operation between the IPA CIS Council Secretariat and representatives of Tajikistan in academic, cultural and educational projects.
Dmitriy Kobitskiy informed about the events of the Assembly. In October, the International Forum “Sustainable Development of Mountain Territories” and the forum Travel Hub “Commonwealth” will be held, which will be dedicated to mountain tourism in the CIS. Also in October, the conference “Russian language as a basis of integration dialogue in the CIS” will be held, and in November - the International Forum “Commonwealth of Fashion”.
