Kazakh MPs Ratified International Agreements in Fields of Labor Protection and Exchange of Personal Data

On 2 March 2022, during the meeting of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chaired by Speaker of the chamber Erlan Koshanov, the MPs ratified a number of international agreements.

In particular, the MPs approved the draft Law on the Ratification of the Convention on Part-Time Work (Convention 175), which provides for measures to ensure the protection of part-time workers. The Mazhilis members also approved the draft Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance in Administrative Matters in the Sphere of Personal Data Exchange.
