Kyrgyz Parliament Adopted New Draft Codes

Today, during the plenary session, the members of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic adopted a number of important draft laws in the third final reading.
In particular, the MPs considered the draft Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic and approved the draft Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Offenses against the Administration Order.
