Legislation of Kyrgyz Republic on Subsoil Improved

Today, a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic considered and approved in final reading the draft Law on Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (the laws on Subsoil, on agreements on Production Sharing in Subsoil Use).
The draft Law was designed to improve legislation in the field of regulating relationships between the state, individual, legal entities and investors related to the use of mineral resources.
