Moldovan MPs Held First Plenary Meeting of Autumn-Winter Session

Today, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova held its first plenary meeting of the current autumn-winter session. The agenda included the draft laws on amending the laws on State Budget for 2020 and on Budget of State Social Insurance for 2020. The amendments were caused by the updated forecasts of the macroeconomic indicators, impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters on the national economy, decrease of spending on several programs and provision of additional assistance to some groups of population.
