Talant Mamytov Resigned as Speaker of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan

On 5 October, during the meeting of the parliament, Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Talant Mamytov resigned voluntarily.
Speaking to MPs, Talant Mamytov outlined the important role of the Jogorku Kenesh in stabilizing the social and political situation in Kyrgyzstan. He expressed gratitude to his colleagues for their trust and stressed that the decision to leave this post was made at his own request.
