Tanzila Narbaeva and Dmitriy Kobitskiy discussed events of spring session of IPA CIS

On the sidelines of the 150^th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Tashkent, a meeting took place between Speaker of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva and Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council, Dmitriy Kobitskiy.

The parties noted the significance of the events taking place in the capital of Uzbekistan aimed at strengthening parliamentary diplomacy and discussed the events of the upcoming spring session of the IPA CIS.

On 17-18 April, an international conference dedicated to legislative efforts against the use of new technologies for terrorist purposes will be held at the organization's headquarters in St. Petersburg, along with a meeting of the IPA CIS Council, the 58^th plenary session of the Assembly, and events in honor of the 80^th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
