Vyacheslav Volodin and Talant Mamytov Discussed Development of Inter-Parliamentary Relations

Today, Speaker of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin and Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Talant Mamytov held a meeting and discussed the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.

Vyacheslav Volodin noted that relations between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic were at a very high level and great results had already been achieved. The countries were strategic partners and actively cooperated within international organizations.

Vyacheslav Volodin and Talant Mamytov called for the active interaction between the relevant parliamentary committees of the two countries.

According to the press service of the chamber, the meeting was held in Tehran, where the Speakers arrived to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the elected President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi.
