A conference dedicated to the work of the prominent Kyrgyz politician Sultan Ibraimov took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The international scientific сonference dedicated to the activities of the Soviet government and party official, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kirghiz SSR in 1978-1980 Sultan Ibraimov took place in the IPA CIS HQ.
The event began with a short documentary about the personality, life and government activities of Sultan Ibraimov. Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrghyz Republic Nurbek Satvaldiev opened the conference and read out a message of Speaker of the Kyrgyz Republic of Dastanbek Dzhumabekov, in which, along with many merits, he noted extraordinary personal and professional qualities of Sultan Ibraimov.
The Conference adopted a final resolution.
The event brought together MPs of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanybek Imanaliev, Baktybek Turusbekov, Sadik Sher-Niyaz, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation Alikbek Jekshenkulov, deputies Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council: Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Chilingaryan, Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Kogut, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Nuskabaj, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Irina Sokolova, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Ibod Rakhimov, representatives of the PA CSTO Secretariat: Deputy Executive Secretary of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly - Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Viktor Rogalev and Deputy Executive Secretary of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Andrey Kudryavtsev, and family members of Sultan Ibraimov, historians, political scientists and experts.
