The parliaments of St. Petersburg and Bishkek signed a Memorandum of Understanding

On 27 March, the Mariinsky Palace hosted the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) and the Bishkek City Kenesh (Kyrgyz Republic).

The document was signed by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Vyacheslav Makarov and Chairman of the Bishkek City Kenesh, Zhanybek Abirov. The parties agreed that this occasion is a milestone of active development of cooperation at the regional level.
