Azerbaijan Republic will be an honorary guest state of 2020St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum

During the meeting at the General Staff Building of the Hermitage Museum, the Ministers of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Azerbaijan Republic, Vladimir Medinsky and Abulfaz Garayev, signed a Joint Statement on the representation of Azerbaijan as an honorary guest state at St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum in 2020.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Azerbaijan Republic Polad Bulbuloglu attended the meeting.
Olga Golodets noted that Azerbaijan Republic is “A good partner in all spheres”. Polad Bulbuloglu stressed that Azerbaijan always participates in the Forum.
On 17 November, IPA CIS Council SG Yury Osipov met with the Minister of Culture of the Azerbaijan Republic Abulfaz Garayev in the Tavrichesky Palace.
