Day of Unity of Peoples of Belarus and Russia

On 2 April 1996, Presidents of Belarus and Russia signed the Treaty on the Community of Russia and Belarus and signed the Treaty on the Union of Belarus and Russia a year later on the same date.
Since then, 2 April has been saved as the Day of Unity of Peoples of Belarus and Russia.
